🏕️ Short-Term Stays - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rates available. - Reserve your site with a $100 non-refundable deposit. - 100% payment due at the time of booking for short stays
🌞 Seasonal Stays - Reserve your site with a $500 non-refundable deposit - 1st and last month’s rent due within 60 days of booking - Full seasonal balance must be paid up front before move-in day
